Directory methodology

How broker profiles are reviewed.

A published review process focused on structural completeness, factual disclosure and consistent presentation. Not a safety audit.

Structural completeness

Each profile provides the required fields: company, legal entity, business type, operational-control note, headquarters, regions served, specialisations, languages and status.

Factual verification

GCBA reviews public-facing information for internal consistency and consistency with the applicant's own submissions.

Role disclosure

Profiles must clearly present the company as a broker where applicable, and must not present broker services as direct air-carrier services.

Change management

Companies are responsible for keeping profile information current; each profile lists a last-review date.

Corrections

Anyone may submit a correction request through the report form.

GCBA directory inclusion is not an aircraft safety rating, operator certification or government endorsement. Charter flights are operated by licensed direct air carriers exercising operational control.
