Registered membership is free and is intended to be a credible baseline that any client, operator or regulator can rely on. It confirms that the broker exists as a legal entity, operates as a charter broker and has accepted the Code of Professional Conduct. Registered members receive a basic directory profile, access to the public standards framework and the right to attend open consultations.

It does not include an evidence review, a verification file or the visual credentials associated with paid tiers. It is designed to be genuinely useful without pretending to be more than it is.

Professional membership adds a documented review of the member's practice against the framework's core disclosure, verification and contract standards. Members at this tier receive an expanded directory profile with the fields the Association was able to verify, participation rights in standards consultations with named attribution, and use of the Professional Member visual credential in accordance with the marketing standard.

The tier is intended for brokerages that have implemented the framework in their day-to-day operations and are willing to have that implementation reviewed.

Certified membership adds a full review of the member's practice against every applicable standard, not only the core disclosure and verification standards. Members at this tier receive the deepest directory profile, priority consideration for working-group appointment, eligibility to be listed in curated referrals for complex charter enquiries, and use of the Certified visual credential.

Certification is periodic, not permanent. Members are re-reviewed on the schedule stated in the applicable standards and can be moved between tiers as their practice evolves.

Corporate Partnership is for operators, service providers, technology firms and professional advisers that support the wider charter market. Partners receive a distinct directory profile, attribution in relevant standards and events, and the opportunity to contribute technical expertise to working groups on subjects within their competence.

Corporate Partnership is not a broker credential and is never displayed as one; the directory records the partner's actual role and services.

Founding membership recognises early participants who supported the establishment of the Association and its initial standards framework. Founding-member status is disclosed in the directory and under the conflicts-of- interest policy so that clients and counterparties can distinguish it from post-establishment tiers.

Every tier includes access to the full public standards framework, the right to submit consultation responses, and the protection of a documented complaints process. The differences between tiers describe verification depth and directory prominence — never access to law, standards or the Association's public work.
